We’re excited to launch a new partnership with Blog Better Boston to host their new educational series for Boston bloggers, “Learning Labs.” Each session, held monthly, covers a different topic related to blogging, building community or developing your own personal brand. At the end of each session, participants also get to mingle and exchange ideas.
On Tuesday, we’ll be opening up our downtown Boston space from 6:30 – 8:30pm to guests who RSVP – hope you’ll join us!
Session 1: Creating an E-Newsletter
Creating a newsletter that helps you grow your readership and keeps your current audience engaged is the key to marketing your site. In session 1 of BBOS Learning Labs, guest speaker Azure Collier, Social Media Education Developer at Constant Contact, will cover topics such as how to choose a subject line to draw people in, when to send out your newsletter and how to grow your list.

The inaugural BLOG BETTER BOSTON conference was a one day event created for bloggers, with specialized workshops and panel discussions led by bloggers and brands. After the success of the first event, co-founders Alana and Amy decided to create specialized events geared toward specific niches. In the past, they’ve hosted a food blogger summit, as well as a style summit.
